This site is in no way owned or operated by the
American Guild of English Handbell Ringers, herein after AGEHR, or any
organization owned or operated by AGEHR and its business units. This is a site
for information and/or archival purposes and used for online journalism only.
All opinions presented here are our own, unless otherwise noted. Our name is
Central Oklahoma Ringers & Directors, herein after CORD. To contact us, please

Links given on this site are meant for convenience only. CORD and any of our
affiliates does not endorse any particular
websites, companies, or individuals. CORD does not control or maintain
any website that is on our Resources page or contained anywhere in our website.
CORD does use the
PayPal online Internet
payment service provider to conduct selected business from our website. Please see PayPal's
privacy policy for more information. We do not disclose, sell, or in any
other form distribute ANY information collected on this site as we have
absolutely NO access to any information you provide to PayPal. If you have any
questions regarding CORD's use of PayPal, please e-mail

Privacy Policy
CORD does not knowingly collect data
from children under 13 years of age and complies with
COPPA. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13), YOU
MAY NOT USE ANY OF THE FORMS ON THIS SITE WITHOUT PRIOR PARENTAL APPROVAL! We do not automatically collect any
information from any person who visits our site. No personal information,
password, etc is required to access public areas of www.cordbells.org.
Members of CORD will have a username and password for the "Members Area" of
our website.
Any and all personal information that is collected on the CORD website is through
your voluntary submission and is the sole property of CORD. It is not sold,
listed with any company, or provided to anyone without prior consent of the
person, company, entity, et al. Once the information is submitted to CORD, it is
not accessible by the submitter or anyone else visiting our website.
Select membership information provided to CORD upon membership registration
completion and by anyone who voluntarily submits their information for our
Oklahoma Substitute Ringer List* will be available to select persons, companies, or entities et al that meet
CORD's release requirements. Those requirements are as follows:

Persons, companies, entities, et al must be using the information for
non-commercial contact
purposes only.

The information may not be sold, donated, or provided to any other persons,
companies, entities, et al without prior authorization from CORD. Failure to do
so will result in legal action.

The persons, companies, entities et al must be in excellent standing with the
Better Business Burrow (BBB), have no complaints against them with the Oklahoma
County Sheriffs office, Oklahoma State Patrol, Police department in the city in
which they live and the Oklahoma City Police Department, and must not be involved with any
adult activity that would not be suitable for children or an affiliate of such
activity.
Any information provided by CORD will be
very limited and contain absolutely no personally identifiable material.
*The
CORD Oklahoma Substitute Ringer List will be made available to general membership,
who are in good standing, once a year in our newsletter Handbell focus
and online in the "Members
Area" of www.cordbells.org. Non-members of CORD must meet and follow the criteria
above, at which time a copy may be made available to the applicant (we retain
that right to reject even qualified persons, et al). Replacement listings will be made available ONLY to members
if deemed applicable.
