Welcome to the last part of the online registration process for CORD Festival 2008. Please fill out the form below to complete your registration process. Some of the information entered in below will be duplicated from your payment process and is for verification purposes only. Please understand that until we receive your full registration payment verification from PayPal, we will only hold your registration form for 2 weeks.

Attendee Names*

Please list your ringers’ names followed by their preferred workshop below. If a ringer does not plan to
attend a class, please list no class. Ringers must register in a workshop in order to participate in the Friday night
workshops. No walk-ins will be accepted due to space restrictions. Place the letter “N” by any non-ringing attendees.

 

Please remember that ringers wishing to attend the Challenge Ring are required to complete the Challenge Ring Packet for

consideration for admittance to the class. Attendees will be notified individually of acceptance to the Challenge Ring.

 

Equipment

 

We will bring   octaves of handbells and/or  octaves of chimes for our use.*

We would be more than happy to have an orphan ringer ring with our choir today.

 

Rental & Floor Space*

Please select one of the options below and fill in the appropriate blanks.

 

 We will bring our own tables and we will need feet of floor space (in 8 foot sections).

We will rent number of 8-foot tables. (Table rentals are limited.)

Please Note: Table rentals will not be available the day of the festival.

 

If your choir uses a bass-bell rack or other special apparatus, please give more details (no apparatus will be allowed if not listed here). *

 

 

 

CORD Festival 2008 Registration Fees

 

I paid for   registrants.*

 

I paid for    copies of the Mystery Piece.*

The Mystery Piece will be made available at registration and is yours to keep.

REFUND POLICY --- Refunds requested by the registrant after September 26, 2008, are at the discretion of the CORD Board & Festival Registrar; refunds will be for 75% of the fees paid. NO refunds will be given after October 17, 2008, due to expenses already incurred. A full refund will be given if the choir’s footage request cannot be met or we have reached maximum registration.


Mystery Piece Refund -- If your choir already has the piece in your repertoire library, CORD will purchase the piece back from the choir for 50% of the original purchase price if the piece is still in good shape. The Board may refuse to repurchase a piece if it is not in a useable condition. For advance knowledge of the Mystery Piece, please contact this year's festival registrar. You will be sworn to complete secrecy!
