CORD Festival 2011 Clinician
DOLAN BAYLESS, is a native of Topeka, Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Washburn University in Topeka, and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Kansas. Dolan is Director of Traditional Music Ministries and Worship at Kirkwood United Methodist Church, St. Louis, MO. Prior to that time, he held long tenures at First United Methodist Church of Lake Jackson, Texas, and at First United Methodist Church of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
As a handbell conductor he has led local festivals in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. He has been clinician for workshops at the Texas Conference Choir Clinic, during events sponsored by GHHA, CORD and AGEHR Area 9, and in various churches throughout Arkansas, Texas, Illinois and Oklahoma. In the summer of 1999, Dolan was a faculty member for the National Handbell Festival held in Tulsa.
