6:55 – Doors Locked for Early Set-up
7:00 – 8:30 – Session 1/Challenge Ring Rehearsal
8:30 – 8:45 – BREAK
8:45 – 10:00 – Session 2/Challenge Ring Rehearsal

Saturday, November 15
7:30 – 8:00 – Registration/Set-up
8:00 – 9:20 – Massed Rehearsal
9:20 – 9:30 – BREAK
9:30 – 10:50 – Massed Rehearsal
10:50 – 11:00 – BREAK
11:00 – 12:30 – Mystery Piece Rehearsal
12:30 – 1:15 – Lunch Off-site (ALL)
1:15 – 2:00 – Challenge Class Rehearsal/

2:00 – 3:20 – Massed Rehearsal (Directors Meeting)
